Privacy and Cookies Policy

I. Definitions

The Controller – shall mean Strato Minis Studio sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Opole, postal code 45-401, ul. Chełmska 7/10, registered under KRS No.0000647764, having NIP No. 7543132212, providing Services electronically via the Website in the domain and stores and gains access to information
on the User’s devices.

  1. Cookies – shall mean IT data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on Users’ end Devices, through which the User uses the Website. They consist of a key specifying the name, value and time after which the browser should delete the cookie file, and their functions are mostly standard for the settings provided by the browser.
  2. Controller’s Cookies – shall mean Cookies posted by the Controller, related to the provision of electronic services by the Controller via the Website.
  3. External Cookies – shall mean Cookies placed by the Controller’s partners via the Website.
  4. Website – shall mean a website or application under which the Controller provides services by electronic means operating in the domain.
  5. Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Website.
  6. User – means a person for whom services may be provided electronically or with whom an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded in accordance with the provisions of Terms and Conditions of
    Providing Services by Electronic Means and the provisions of law.

II. Protection of information and personal data

The Controller shall exercise particular diligence in the protection of the privacy and data of Website users, in particular it shall apply the principles set out in Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on
the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the European Union, L 119, 4 May 2016, p.1) and shall guarantee to all persons logging in, filling in contact forms and registering on the Website that the data will be properly protected in accordance with the
provisions of Polish law and European Union law. All users of the Website remain anonymous and it will depend only on the User's decision when he registers or logs on to the Website.

III. Information obtained about the User

During the visit to the Website, Users may encounter contact forms used to retrieve data necessary to handle their requests. The rules for the processing of personal data by the Controller and the rights of data subjects are in the Clause of Information tab (

Some areas of the Website may use Cookies, i.e. small text files sent to the User’s computer, identifying it in a manner necessary to simplify or cancel a given operation. Cookies are harmless to the computer as well as its User and his data. In most cases, it is necessary for the Platform to function properly. The condition of Cookies is their acceptance by the browser and not removing them from the disk. However, the failure to accept the operation of most Cookies will prevent the operation of the Website.

The Controller collects data contained in the system logs (this is information that the User’s computer transmits to the server each time it is connected to the Website’s domain, which may contain various data, e.g. IP address from which one can determine where the connection came from). This information is used by the Controller for technical purposes, related to the administration of servers, optimization and modification of the Website in order to better adapt it to the needs of Users, as well as for marketing products and services. IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical information (e.g. about the place from which the connection takes place). In addition, data on Website’s Users and their preferences can be recognized and disclosed in the form of statistics, while such statistics remain anonymous and do not contain data and features that allow identification of individual Users.

Although Cookies collect various types of information, as a rule they do not constitute personal data, because they do not allow the identification of the User. Some of the information in certain situations (depending on their content and use) may be considered as personal data. For such information, which may be personal data, the principles of processing personal data in the Clause of Information tab apply fully. To ensure efficient use of our Website, we also use technologies other than Cookies, e.g. Local Storage, which is used to store data saved when using the services in a dedicated part of the browser’s memory. Access to data in Local Storage can only be obtained from the website from which data has been saved in the browser. Data in Local Storage is stored by the browser after it is closed.

IV. Types of Cookies used

  1. Cookies used by the Controller are safe for the User's Device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter User Devices. These files allow to identify the software used by the User and adjust the Website individually to each User. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which
    they originate, their storage time on the Device and the assigned value.
  2. The Controller uses two types of Cookies:
    a) Session Cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until the end of the browser session. The saved information is then permanently removed from the Device’s memory. The mechanism of session Cookies does not allow to download any personal data or any data or confidential information from the User’s Device.
    b) Persistent Cookies: they are stored on the User’s Device and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the session of a given browser or turning off the Device does not delete them from the User’s Device. The  mechanism of persistent Cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any data or confidential information from the User’s Device.
  3. The User can limit or disable the access of Cookies to his Device. If you use this option, the use of the Website will be possible, but to a limited extent – you will not be able to use the functions that by their nature require Cookies.

V. Basis for Cookies processing

Obtaining and storing information using Cookies that are not necessary for the functioning of the Website takes place on the basis of the User’s consent. In the settings of the web browser or as part of the privacy policy management on the Website, consent to the use of Cookies that are not indispensable for the Website may be modified or revoked at any time (e.g. by means of browser settings), which will, however, adversely affect the level Website functionality. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The basis for the processing of Cookies necessary to provide services electronically at the request of the User and to ensure the safety of using these services is the necessity of processing to implement the legitimate interest of the Controller, which is the need to provide the highest quality content presented by the Controller. To the extent that also third parties being the Controller's partners may have direct access to this information – the legal basis for such processing is the voluntary consent given by the Customer.

VI. The purposes in which Cookies are used, controllers of External Cookies

  1. Controller’s Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. Website configuration:
      a) adjusting the content of the Website to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the Website,
      b) recognize the device of the Website’s User and its location and properly display the website, adapted to his individual needs,
      c) remember the history of websites visited on the Website in order to recommend content;
    2. user authentication on the Website and ensuring User’s session on the Website:
      a) maintaining the Website’s User’s session, thanks to which the server can remember the entered data on the forms assigned to a given User within the session,
      b) correct configuration of selected Website functions, allowing in particular verification of the authenticity of the browser session,
      c) optimizing and increasing the efficiency of services provided by the Controller;
    3. implementation of processes necessary for the full functionality of the Website:
      a) proper operation of the partner program, enabling in particular verification of the sources of Users' redirects to the Website,
      b) display of the offers selected by the user in the clipboard even after the session expires.
      c) displaying the number of offers on the clipboard without the need to query the server every time,
      d) displaying texts using additional fonts that are not installed in the User’s system,
      e) implementation of individual steps of the purchasing process,
      f) memorizing the last displayed box with information;
    4. analysis and research and audience audit:
      a) creating anonymous statistics that help to understand how the Website Users use the Website, which allows improving its structure and content;
    5. advertising services:
      a) providing via the Website advertising content more tailored to the interests of Users;
    6. polls display:
      a) collecting statistics on the Website pages visited, the duration and duration of visits to investigate the existence of criteria that the User must meet in order to be presented with a questionnaire;
    7. ensuring the safety and reliability of the Website.
  2. The Controller uses External Cookies for the following purposes:
    1. presenting multimedia content on the Website, which are downloaded from an external website:
      a), Google Earth and Google Maps [cookie controller :Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA],
      b), a service for downloading JavaScript to support forms in the Microsoft.NET WebForms technology from an external website [cookie controller : Microsoft with its registered office in the USA],
      c), a service for downloading font files and JavaScript scripts from external websites, in order to optimize the loading of the website of the Website [cookie controller : Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA];
    2. collecting general and anonymous static data via analytical tools, allowing to reach the Users who have previously visited the Website with an advertising message in order to provide them with dedicated advertising content. For the purposes of cooperation with entities marketing activities, the browser or other software installed on the User’s device saves Cookies from entities that carry out such activities, which may become the Controller of the Customer’s data:
      a) Google Analytics [cookie controller : Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA],
      b) Google Adwords [cookie controller : Google Inc. with its registered office in the USA],
    3. use interactive functions to popularize the Website using social networking sites:

VII. Possibility to determine the conditions of storage or access to Cookies

  1. The User may independently and at any time change the settings for Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access to the User’s Device via Cookies. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence, the User can make using web browser settings or by using the service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the web browser settings or inform each time that Cookies are placed on the User’s device. It is also possible to block Cookies of third parties with the simultaneous acceptance of Cookies coming directly from Strato Minis Studio Sp. z o.o. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling Cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.
  2. The User may delete Cookies at any time using the available functions in the web browser he uses.

VIII. Changes to the privacy policy

The Controller will inform about any changes to this privacy policy and Cookies, which may result from changes in Polish law, development of Internet technologies or development and creation of new products and services by updating the privacy policy on the Controller’s website and providing it with an appropriate date.
